Returns

We take pride in offering high-quality fishing flies and custom artwork. Due to the nature of these products, we have a No Return, No Refund Policy because:

  • Fishing Flies: RRFC Flies are meticulously handcrafted for specific fishing conditions and may not be suitable for all situations. For hygiene reasons and to ensure the effectiveness of the flies, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on flies once they have been shipped, but we can work on a solution to replace the damaged flies or offer store credit for future purchases. Once used in the water, they cannot be guaranteed to be in the same condition as when purchased since they are delicate.
  • Custom Art Pieces: Art is subjective and variations in taste are expected but all artwork is considered final sale. Descriptions and high-quality photos are provided for each piece to ensure you understand the details before purchasing. Please pay close attention to the size and subject of the art piece before making an order. Please take note that framing is not included with the art piece orders, but you can speak with us if in need of framing recommendations.

To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend the following:

  • Fishing Flies:
    • Carefully review the product descriptions and photos before making a purchase. Consider factors like size, color, and tying style to ensure it fits your fishing needs.
    • If you have any questions about a specific fly and its suitability for your needs, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
  • Custom Art Paintings:
    • We provide clear dimensions and detailed descriptions of each artwork piece. Consider the size, style, and colors to ensure it fits your needs and aesthetic preferences.
    • High-resolution photos are also provided to showcase the artwork clearly.

Exceptions:

We understand that situations may arise that are beyond your control. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement product or store credit. We will consider returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will require photographic evidence of the damage and will work with you to replace the product or issue a store credit. Proof of damage will be required (photos highly encouraged).
  • Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately about this shipping error. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product as soon as possible.
